Marketing and PR jobs cut at EA UK - Image 1The carnage continues in Electronic Arts' move to reduce its headcount.

Following layoffs in their Tiburon, Pandemic, and Black Box studios, a report has now come in saying that they have let go of Marketing and PR people in the UK. No particular studios were named.

The target of the redundancies is to let go of 1,000 people. I don't know just how many have been let go to date, so I'll just say - a lot. Though this is probably not the last batch we'll hear of who have been let go by EA.
