Dolphin is it's name, and emulating a GameCube console is it's game. The latest release to come out of the joint coding venture of developers hrydgard, fires.gc, zerofrog, vincent.hamm, and laurence.muller will also sadly be their last, as they claim the project may never be finished by their hands.
In an effort to save it, they've delivered the latest build along with the source code protected under GPL v2.0. Dolphin's latest release doesn't add to the compatibility of the previous builds, but it does possess some form of Wii and Wii remote (Triforce) emulation.
It also interprets Action Replay codes, deactivates the buggy framerate limiter feature, and allows full Xbox 360 controller support (with rumble). Currently, it requires a modern PC: Windows 2000 and above, fast CPU and a DirectX 9-capable GPU.
Now while Dolphin can run some Wii games initially, the titles will just stall after the opening sequences. So don't expect Dolphin to run your favorite Wii games just yet. Unfortunately, the latest build does not exist in compiled form - the code could be compiled if you had the proper tools.
Developers who are interested in picking up the project could contact the team behind it. Their primary project page is linked at the source link below.

But it's nice to know that stealing is an option for Mr. Common Douche Bag. He just gets douchier by the day.

You see, MOST people would not steal a game PERIOD. Not for ANY reason. You on the other hand wouldn't steal a Wii game for specific reasons. In other words, lift those reasons then what? You WOULD steal the game?
You're an idiot.
