Title screen

Another day, another Zelda video. And gee-willikers, sir! These new vids aren't just any Zelda vids. They're the opening movies! Two full movies that show Link in action; whether riding on his horse, during combat, or in his (ahem) alternate form. We're even treated to The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess title screen.

The first movie has Link riding his horse. We can't help but feel overwhelmed with just how massive the game is. Take for example this comment from Blue: "I wonder... We heard about how big the world is. I hope that doesn't mean that you'll need that horse to travel from one end to another for a looooong time." Well, for those of you who have the same sentiments, this video brings out how expansive Hyrule is. It might take a long time to ride through the map, but those graphics are just whoa...

The second video is longer and has snippets from some cinematics and clips of gameplay. Now, for those of you who still insist of playing the game without any prior knowledge about the story, this video might spoil some elements for you. They won't reveal any major spoilers, of course, but some clips will hint at some little details of the story.

dude what is wrong with you, what IS next gen and who cares about "gens". Its a great game and thats all that matters. What games do you like and consider "next gen"

by jason - 2006-11-02 07:47
» next-gen

there are different types of next-gen:

1. better graphics

2. higher processing speed

3. better game immersion

the wii has all three compared to the gamecube, so it is next gen

» So beautifully

Why am I crying? I'm not sad...

» not next-gen

Wii is a $250 GameCube with a gay contrller. It has already been proven many times. Regardless, those blocky graphics and low-res textures would be barely passable last-gen, so they most certainly are not next-gen.

Ralph just stop get a life just get a wii all ready

it's clear you want one, cause damn sure keep up on it. Are Sony or Microsoft paying you?

Really your sad!!!

» wtf ralph??

firstly, the graphics for TP are upper end GCN, as it was a GCN game to start, they just changed the controls for the Wii, second, I'd rather have a new type of gameplay than better graphics. It would seem you look at outward apperances, instead of inner beauty. sooooooo not zen dude.

» better gen

this game's graphix got busted big time. i cant belive the GC can do this. def better than some 360 stuff. if GC can do this, imagine wii. ges it does not mater how much power a sistem has, its waht you do with it that counts. nintendo puts massive amount of work in its games and makes great things where as others have so much power but do not use it. nintendo is the best hands down.

by brinztar - 2006-11-02 10:05
» 2 in 1

seeing how twilight princess looks, i would say that nintendo cares both about graphixs and gameplay. to me the graphix are just the same as other next gen. i dont want to be sounding like some fanboy but i am going to say the truth. i find these GC graphics to be the same as 360. i just cant tell the diff. man did i get a 2 in 1 offer, gameplay and graphix!!!!!!!! !!

by brinztar - 2006-11-02 10:09
» go for it

there are no spoilers in it. just cool graphix ands stuff. the game changed big though. and midna and zelda are shown together. so midna is not zelda. ganon apears in there too!!!!!!!.................................not realy. hahahah

» not xbox 1.5

dont say xbox 1.5 to me gamecube had more power then xbox and wii is 3 to 4 times of that of gamecube

so wii cpu cannot be 730mhz it hads to be about 2.5 to 3.2

Wow... Looks like yet another quality title from Nintendo. I'll take something like LoZ:TP over quantity ANY DAY. I have soooo many questions about this game, but I don't want to spoil it for myself. I may not even play it until I somehow get my hands on component cables- that's how great I want this experience to be. Now that I've been gaming for over 20-some-odd years, I can't wait for games with new gameplay elements instead of "been there, done that: over and over again. How many hours are left again??

Okay then whta about Sony who have coppied everything about the other next Gen consoles i think thats a discrace sony now are just waiting for the wii to be realsed so they will add more stuff to it so i hate Sony and xBoxl. So shame. :)
