Aren't those two vertical bars on the side of your wide-screen TV just annoying to look at after going through the final 10 hours of the boss dungeon and you're finally watching that ending FMV of your favorite RPG game? Well, a new tool usable on the Nintendo Wii to play back videos especially for the wide-screen format.
Also called the CRI Movie Playback Engine, CinemaStudio for the Wii will surely give those people who want to relive their favorite FMV scenes on a wide-screen TV with more clarity and better resolution.
It definitely beats watching a stretched version of those final FMVs. Hopefully, the consistency of the high quality can still be retained when it's stored as a separate media. Still, for those who want to save those memories for posterity, you might want to look into this application. For now though, we'll be looking for more details on this nifty new application in the making.
