Capcom's surprise is finally out of the box. Well, rather, they're out of the box. Yeap, there's more than one, and it comes in the form of two challenges. If you win, you will be seeing your name included in the credit list of Monster Hunter 3. So what do you have to do to get their thanks?First, you have to DESIGN a new weapon for Monster Hunter Tri (PAL). It must belong to one of the following official categories:
- Great Sword
- Sword & Shield
- Hammer
- Lance
- Switch Axe
- Long Sword
- Bowgun - Light, Medium Heavy
The second task you can choose to do is to NAME a weapon in the game. Just make sure you indicate for what weapon that is, and for what category.
This competition is, for now, appears to be Europe-exclusive, so we're not really sure if North American gamers can try their hand at this too. Take note that the contest closes on September 27, 2009, Sunday, at 11:59PM BST.
