Capcom's GamesCom lineup: Lost Planet 2, Dark Void, more

The latest to announce their lineup for next week's GamesCom event is developer and publisher Capcom. One game that they're highlighting is Lost Planet 2 (PC, PS3, Xbox 360), the PS3 version of which will be making its worldwide debut at the event.

Attendees will be able to play through a bit of Lost Planet 2's multiplayer mode during the event. Dark Void will also be available in playable form. There's even something called the "Dark Void Body Flying Machine" that'll let gamers actually experience blasting through the air at high speed.

GamesCom kicks off next week at Cologne. The event will start on August 19 and will continue until August 23.
