If you've been curious about the tease "Prepare Yourself" in the Capcom website and you're wondering what it is, we spotted something in the USPTO site that might shed more light. It's an application for the trademark "Dark Void" by the Japanese developer/publisher.
While we can't be sure what Dark Void will be like pertaining to its theme and genre, we're pretty excited to see another franchise being started by the renowned game outfit. Capcom has dished out some of the industry's elite game franchises with hits like Resident Evil, Street Fighter, Devil May Cry, Onimusha, and many more.
No clues as to which platform Dark Void will land on either. The only thing we can really do at this point is wait. We'll give you a heads-up as soon as we dig up something new about this prospect.
