Build-a-Bear Workshop coming to the Wii |
Ó
Over here in QJ-land, we love cuddly things. We can be all macho and say we love shooting people in the head too (virtually, of course), but know that we also have a softer side. That being said, we recently found a press release detailing a new game in the works for the Wii, and it has everything to do with building your own customized teddy bear of awesome cuteness. The upcoming Game Factory title, known as Build-a-Bear Workshop: A Friend Fur All Seasons places you in front of your very own teddy bear workshop, where you can personalize your very own teddy bear.
In addition to making teddy bears, the game also comes with several mini-games where you can earn medals for participating, as well as an ambiguously-named adventure mode, which we kind of hope allows you to carry your personalized teddy into a game.
Notes Henrik Mathiasen, The Game Factory president,
We're thrilled to extend our licensing agreement with Build-A-Bear Workshop to create a Wii game that the whole family can enjoy. In 2007, we introduced a way for parents to share with their children the interactive Build-A-Bear Workshop experience using the Nintendo DS system. We look forward to the release of the new Build-A-Bear Workshop Wii game this holiday season, to extend the family play experience.
Build-a-Bear Workshop: A Friend Fur All Seasons is slated for release in Q4 2008. For more information, feel free to check out The Game Factory's website, located in the source link below.
