There has been much hype over Electronic Arts' Medal of Honor Heroes 2 for the Wii (also available for PSP). Considering one of the biggest draws of the series is its multiplayer gameplay mode, it might come as surprise that the Australian version might not have Wi-Fi support.

The website PALGN has received word from its readers that the Australian version of the game does not feature online functionality of any sort. It was mentioned that the front of the game's box doesn't have the Wi-Fi logo. In addition, the back of the box made no mention of online support at all.

While we're inclined to believe that the game doesn't have Wi-Fi support based on the reports, we don't have an Australian copy of the title to confirm this. EA on the other hand has yet to comment on the alleged lack of online multiplayer.

Denied

This Rumor has already been Denied by Australian. The Nintendo Wi-Fi logo does not appear because the game does not use this service. They have their own online service so NO FRIEND CODES!!!
