marvel:ultimate allianceActivision Associate Producer Chris Palmisano spoke with Game Trailers about their upcoming epic Marvel: Ultimate Alliance for the Xbox 360, PS3 and Wii. Talking at 60 words per sec, Chris was able to squeeze tons of info about how they came up with the idea for the game, info gameplay and more. Like, when Marvel Comics told them to go ahead and make a game about any hero in the Marvel Universe, Chris said they decided to cast 140 characters!

The object of the game is for players to form their own team of superheroes (and if 140 isn't wide a enough selection, you can make up your own characters) and save the Marvel Universe from Dr. Doom and friends. Chris also said the biggest challenge in creating a game with all those characters was making the costumes! Must be all that spandex.

Anyways, watch Chris Chris Palmisano who happens to be the ultimate info source for Marvel: Ultimate Alliance.

Anything less than a price-cut won't convince me that I'm supposed to pay almost twice the price that some will pay...

clearin it up and askin a question

it looks fun, i hope its better than the xmen legends games... aesop said: 140 characters!!! and the ability to create your own i don't believe he said you could make your own, he kept referring to making your own team OF marvel characters, but i could be mistaken. also, when he was ranting about online play, he listed off 4-5 consoles...wii wasn't one of em, i think that's the most shocking out of all the information here. Damn, wii has to get successful online play to do well and to do that, it needs third party online support, damn. Maybe he just accidently missed it, we'll see -styrofoam

Lets see

This game looks like a lot of fun. Keep in mind people, 140 characters which only around 30 or so are playable and the rest are npc's. Also, I heard that there are no plans for Wii online options because Nintendo hasn't released enough information about their online software/plan/interface. I bet Wii will have their online running once Smash Bro's comes out though.
