What can we say? It's the same old Mario with an new twist. Gameplay is probably only comparable to the upcoming PSP game Crush with 2D (platform) and 3D elements. The mix in Super Paper Mario however is more complex. Anyway, the commercial features the two iconic Japanese chaps in their little car (as usual) visiting two American dudes.
Wii would like to play. Well, so would wii - err, we. We'd just have to wait until Super Paper Mario zooms to the shelves in April 9 (April 19 for Japan). To keep you occupied for now, check out the video.

No it isn't. In crush you can crush from 3d to 2d along multiple axises, in SPM, you can only open up the dimensions on one axis. Having said that, I can't wait for SPM :)
