There's a very interesting game coming its way to the Wii: introducing Luc Bernard's Eternity's Child, a game that is supposed to be developed as an Xbox Live download.

Why did it end up in the Wii? Luc Bernard, the independent developer behind the game and teller of dark fairy tales, said that the limit of 150 MB limit per downloadable game is too constricting for a great 2D game such as Eternity's Child. He then decided to release it as a full game for the Nintendo Wii, since the finished game will be too large to store into the Virtual Console.

Eternity's Child is about a fallen angel (creatively named Angel) whose wings were cut off to avoid death. True to Bernard's preferred dark fairy-tale genre, Angel will traverse worlds rendered in a cuter shade of gothic.
