Atari and Eden Games' Alone in the Dark - Image 1From the looks of things, the fifth title in the Alone in the Dark franchise is the scariest yet. Last November, we saw the dawn of Alone in the Dark's teaser site, now we've received news that creepier things have... well, crept, into the CentralDark website.

Well, the dark and gritty stuff of nightmares were certainly crammed into the updated Alone in the Dark official website: a short narration of how the devs got the inspiration for the game, screenshots, videos, a quick link to the forums, plus strange factoids about Central Park.

You heard it right, they seem to have compiled a number of mysteries and urban legends around New York's Park.
