Diego of Go, Diego, Go television series on Nickelodeon - Image 1Take-Two Interactive Software is heading off to a more wholesome and casual direction with its latest title published under 2K Play with Go, Diego, Go!: Safari Rescue for the Wii. This new game developed in collaboration with Nickelodeon is aimed specifically for preschoolers and tests the capabilities of the Wii console's potential for young children.

Based on the popular kids television series, Go, Diego, Go!: Safari Rescue will feature intuitive controls designed for young gamers who want to experience the new gaming technologies. The Wii's intuitive motion sensitive controls create a new play pattern environment beyond the current games usually inappropriate for younger children.

The game was based on extensive research on how kids would react to the platform's motion-play capabilities and how they can enjoy the experience through it. It even has a unique feature where parents can help out their child through the use of a second Wiimote to guide them through certain portions of the game.

Go, Diego, Go!: Safari Rescue will have a sneak preview for kids and their families on February 9 at the Nintendo World Store in New York City's Rockefeller Center from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. The game will be available in retail stores this February 12 and is priced at US$ 39.99 for the Wii.
