With news that Ready at Dawn's Okami will be ported over to Nintendo's Wii console, it's definitely a game to be watched out for. The games use the Wiimote to let players slash enemies, create brush strokes and pathways, chop trees, and even turn night into day.

If you guys check out the screenshots, the visuals present an art style that gives life to appearance and texture of papers scrolls. The watercolor-like calligraphy art gives new depth into the game's graphics.

Playing as the sun god Amaterasu, players can wield three types of weapons, each with devastating effects that deal much damage to those that stand in the way. Choose from reflectors, rosaries, and glaives to triumph over evil that is Orochi.

Do take note that the game's release is on March 25, 2008. Keep checking our site for more info and updates on this game.
