Imagine the treasures you can find in a website's source code. Say, like Capcom's Japanese site. You know, where they have stuff on Marvel vs. Capcom 3. Apparently, one user of French site PS3Gen knows of the endless possibilities and scoured through Capcom's Japanese site and found, supposedly, the full roster of characters for the said game.
Now, these characters aren't officially confirmed, they just lie in the bowels of Capcom's website. Still, nonetheless, it might be nice to have a sort of expectation.

Again, it's not confirmed, alright. They're already taking their sweet time introducing the characters one by one (or batch by batch), so it might be a while before we can have an official definitive full list of characters to be appearing in Marvel vs. Capcom 3. Still, it does give us all a little something to look forward to, doesn't it?

1st, there is 1 more marvel character than capcom
2nd, Emma frost was stated to 'not' be in the game
3rd, there is a silhouette of frank west already, so he will be in before chuck greene most likely
4th, where is Dormammu, he was in the ending trailer so... yea, should be here somewhere, unless he is the boss only.
Oh, and really, tron, but no megaman/X, i call bs on this
