Dead Space 2 to get Necromorph vs "soldiers" multiplayer mode? |
Listed in: PS3, Xbox 360 Tags: dead space 2, EA, industry rumors
Did you know that a necromorph versus "soldiers" multiplayer mode will be made available in Dead Space 2? Yeah, we didn't either. Actually, we're not sure cos EA has not said anything to confirm this, but GameStop apparently did.

At the retailer's conference yesterday, they let it slip that a necromorph versus "soldiers" multiplayer mode will be in the game, which consists of a "deathmatch-style combat". Reports also claim that pre-orders for the game will also yield a free download of Dead Space: Ignition. But if you pre-order from Gamestop, you'll get that and another freebie, the rivet gun.
We're waiting for EA to say something more absolute about this, but at least we've got something new to look forward to about Dead Space 2 considering that we haven't really heard anything about it in quite a while.

Hopefully that's what they do. So they don't change the length of the game like 2K did with Bioshock 2(great game BTW).
