Anyway, Pulse is the successor to WipEout Pure and even though you missed all our previous coverages on this, just taking a look a the clip below will tell you in an instant that Sony Computer Entertainment Europe (SCEE) Studio Liverpool is really taking good care of this franchise.
Aside from obvious graphic enhancements, WipEout Pulse also features tougher AI, eight gameplay modes, wide array of customization options, a new soundtrack, and the ability for players to play their own MP3 files while having a good ol' racing game among others.

this game isn't as fast paced as i expected...
You woeld think that. Try to find the preview version on the internet. It's damn difficult. There's no vector class anymore and venom feels like flash. But the new weapons kick ass. You have something like photon torpedoes:)

yeah and why not play in phantom,not hitting the walls while making a cup of tea and composing a sonnet in iambic pentameter, suspended upside down from the ceiling. at least then i could begin to respect you.....
