Here's what he told us on the forums, with a little bit of editing for clarity's sake:
The Ultimate Demo Pack contains the latest demos for your PSP. They are not only hex edited for 2.8 and higher but they are edited in many other ways too. When you are selecting (on the xmb) a couple original demos from Sony, mostly you only see a boring icon with the demo name next to it. What i do: make a nice background, add music, and if I can find one, I put the moving icon in it too, so it looks much better!
It's pretty handy what he does, and for anyone using 3.03 and above, you can rest assured knowing that it will work on your PSPs. In any case, check the video below for a sampling of what he's done to the demos themselves. Enjoy!

This is quite a cool idea if only sony would release more demos in the uk Ps (iam not gonna be sad and say 1st)

Howdy, I can't get this to run on 3.03oeC. Anybody got it to work on said FW? Maybe just settings? It just shuts down the PSP no matter which demo i try to run. Thanks.
These are illegal. These contain AT3 files ripped from games or ISOs. For example, that blocky japanese game has the AT3 from Dynasty Warriors. To 3.03 OE-C: You must have 3.03 kernal activated and have them in the game folder

These will not run for me on 3.03 oe - screen goes black and psp reboots.... I'm having the same problem with Network Config Backup, but every other homebrew app I've tried works fine.

How can I run this on psp 1.5? I read about something like "psp demo patcher" but theres no readme so what do I have to do? Or anyway doesnt it works with the psp "demo patcher"? Well ive tried it with dh 0.46/emulating 2.71 but it seems that no one of those demos will work.
