If you want a good Rome RTS game, get Rome: Total War. Its for the PC and not at all high in system requirements. Looks not that great. But it'll interesting to see how this RTS will fare on the PSP.

Actually, it IS Rome Total War presumably. Since History Channe licenced the engine for two of it's programmes, it might as well as licence it for a game.
