Talkman Travel announced with screenshots - Image 1

Sony Computer Entertainment Japan's Talkman Travel allows the PSP to act as a travel guide for South Korea, Taiwan, and Shanghai. This program provides various important phrases for any traveler such as "eat", "buy", and "watch", and also provides information on some of the more popular tourist spots that one can visit.

The Talkman Travel seems like a pretty handy companion to have along for a trip since users can access maps of the various shops and destinations of interest. They can also use the tool to leave themselves reminders on the map to help them keep track of all the areas they plan on visiting.

So far, only a Japanese version of Talkman Travel has been announced. If you plan on importing this application when it comes out, be advised that it does not have English translations like the first Talkman or Talkman Euro.

OK now imagine this combined with all the PSP accessories, could take your own photos, with camera, track where you are with GPS and then use the original talkman features with microphone. I'll be claiming copyright on this as of now :P
