Son of a Bleach: Soul Carnival scan in full chibi glory

Some of you will remember the "hidden" video preview of Bleach: Soul Carnival included in Bleach: Heat the Soul 5. Yeah, something about a side-scrolling chibi-fied Bleach game sounds a bit too off for some of you (to a degree, myself included), but then again, at least it's not "another Bleach fighting game" - which, in my experience, can only get you so far.

So here's a scan from Shonen Jump for those of you eager to hear more of Soul Carnival. For an action side-scroller, at least, this game's looking pretty intense. The scan also shows us a release date for the game (presumably for now, a Japan-exclusive date): October 23 of this year.
