Silent Hill fans, rejoice! A couple of nice people well-versed in Japanese and English translated some Silent Hill goodies just for you. If you can recall, the book Lost Memories was included in the official Silent Hill Game Guide by Konami last 2003. Spanning Silent Hill's history, characters and game ending reviews, it provides quite an informative guide for all Silent Hill fans and curious readers alike. It "is a Holy Grail of Silent Hill lore that completely covers everything from characters to creatures, plots points to metaphors, and even 'making-of' info all by the creators themselves," which is definitely something worth reading. In this article, we included some of the pages lifted from this "Silent Hill Holy Grail." We hope you enjoy the journey from the otherworld and back!

» Because...

This is posted on the PSP blog for a few reasons, in case you haven't been following our coverage of Silent Hill Origins for the PSP it is set previous to the Silent Hill games that are out. In a recent interview, one of the developers said that there would "reminders" of the previous games in the "prequel", hence the overview.

» Awesome

The Silent Hill Series are my favorite game series of all time. I have the four games and the Silent Hill Experience and I can't wait to have Silent Hill Origins on PSP. Also looking forward to buying the movie on DVD. It's a good year to be a Silent Hill fan. Long live Silent Hill.

» The Movie

The movie was great... and i think they did a good job of sort of combining all the first three games into one film... I enjoyed the 4th game most of all though... something about the room and the way the game unfolds...
