Sega talks about bringing Valkyria Chronicles to the PSP

Valkyria Chronicles today stands as one of the best RPGs to come to the PS3, and one of the few greats that didn't have Trophy support. The sequel, however, will be waging turn-based warfare in the PSP. Addressing possible concerns, Jeff Rubenstein of the PlayStation Blog went to Sega and asked how things will be different for Valkyria Chronicles 2.

Despite the transition to a smaller, less-powerful platform, Sega emphasizes that the PSP-bound sequel will see new features instead of just getting watered-down. For starters, Valkyria Chronicles 2 has multiplayer, and Sega made it a point to retain the gameplay the way you remember it.

Whoops, I didn't mean to hit the thumbs upfor you. Your logic is all wrong. A game created with a creative twist and great depth in gameplay and a deep engaging story is suppose to sell. The only thing that Sega failed @ doing was advertising the game enough to get ppl to look forward to it.

It is that same reason which will make me fear the failure of Vanquish & Conduit 2 both published by Sega.

Im ready for it even though i never finished the PS3 version. I got stuck and then more games came out that i REALLY wanted and after time never went back to it. Guess i BETTER get back to it this weekend.

Sega. Sega...playing the wrong cards, again!!! ..seriously...the PSP?? They could create a PSN download, or a 3DS port... don't complain when they can't reach 50k copies sold..
