Ó

alex kiddThe Sega Genesis Collection is a compilation of 22 Genesis games from 15 years ago. Today we focus on one of those games: Alex Kidd in the Enchanted Castle.

Before Sonic the Hedgehog became Sega's poster boy, that role belonged to Alex Kidd in the Enchanted Castle. Originally a game for Sega Genesis (known in Japan as Sega Mega Drive), Alex Kiddin the Enchanted Castle was the follow up to Alex Kidd in Miracle World. Both titleshave the same gameplay with punches used to destroy enemies instead of the jump on head technique.

In Alex Kidd in the Enchanted Castle, Alex must punch, kick, and leap his way through 11 levels in paperock planet to save his dad. His road to rescue is littered with scorpions, puffer fish, monkeys and mummies all blocking his way.

Alex Kidd will be knocking them down on your PSP when the SEGA Genesis Collection is released this Fall.
