how do you change the PSP logo with the blood spalshes??
i was going to say the same thing

also, the PSP CANNOT and WILL NOT control anythign thru USB, EVER! it has simply a slave chip that is sent straight to the memory stick for file transfer for version 1.5. On 2.7, it has soemk libs allowing it to acdept controls from another evice, but Im pretty dure it cannot give commands to an external device, It cannot be done.
this video is 99% bullplop!
that extra 1% is cuz he uses the prince of persia gameboot like me =P

when the camera moves, there's a huge possibility to quickly change the psp over to the Video mode and run a video recorded from the 360's menu
also, as mentioned before, the memory stick light is covered, which is "strange"

His fingers and screen are not synchronized well. He could at least practice those timings before recording himself.

Anyone can make a simple program that loads an image to the screen after printing a bunch of mumbo jumbo via printf("");
Then just view the same picture on ur 360 and walaa...
Reply
Btw, when will they learn that posting a video of something on the internet isnt proof...
Reply
Oh, well, that seem pretty cool though. hehe

FAKE.

It is indeed the music from B&A.
I think it's Tubular Bells from Mike Oldfield.

Also he wasn't hitting the keys at the right time.
I would have made more sense to control it through IR.

the usb connection is not made to deliver or recieve video signals...
on either the 360 or the psp, the psp is just merely a way to connect the psp to a computer or other device alloing the device to access the data on the memory card...
and its simular on the 360 altough it allows you to do a little more, but it still wouldnt output any video signals..
this is Fake with a capital F

When the PSP's screen shows the various blades of the 360 dash, the buttons he presses on the PSP are completely unrelated to what's happening on the screen. I mean... he doesn't press *anything*, or he presses the *up* button, and it'll move to the left. Come on, man... you can do better than that!

Nice try, but it's a viral video, only meant to spread through PSP sites.

Hey I would like to know where they got that pretty cool psp game boot screen.
The images of the red stuff and that is amazing.
If anyone can direct me to where they could have got it then i thank you.

Also; you can see the little play symbol on the psp when the "dashboard" boots
Reply
Way to run the picture on your 360 and then pull it up on your PSP.
Then good job puting a video of the 360 dashboard on your PSP. It would have been smarter to have the vid of the dashboard on the 360 running at the same time.
Lastly.. MAKE SHURE YOUR FINGERS MATCH WHEN YOU HIT THE BUTTONS, IT WAS UNREOLISTIC AND OFF.
Reply
just look at the "Play" button in the left site of the screen ^^
and then the movements are not very syncron XD
Reply
You can see the "initializing" screen (presumably on the xbox 360) in the reflection of the PSP's screen BEFORE he even "launches" the homebrew.
Sad, sad, kid. Get a life... or get better at making hoaxes.

and the guy is doing nothing in the end...it's only a video formated to the PSP
Total fake!

He is a bad faker and i could do better

as for "***** the 360 its all about the ps3."... erm, cant really hack a console that doesnt even exist yet can you? the ps3 will let u do this for real, as does the psx. just that theres a nice 2-3 second lag.
the only time this app would be useful would be on wifi and then the lag associated with it makes it worthless. not only a clear fake, but even if it wasnt, itd be useless.

2nd - LoL, His movememtns dont match up at all
3rd - the Juxtapositionin g on this little film is horrible, there is nothign believable about the shots taken -.-
4th - Song was ok
5th - Wow, PSP boot screen, not really worth talking about actually cuz anyone can do that thnx to people who developed great homebrew (unlike this guy) that doesnt destroy your PSP on Flash
Nice try, but no one believe you, srry - Jumping back and forth between TV and PSP just makes it SOO hard to believe cuz we never actually saw it load :S

Also it is possible their are some ir controls for 360.
And he maybe didnt say it but i think u need to connect your harddrive on 360 into your pc and do some ***** to make it work. Lets just and see if he will realese the download.

also, for the people that don't read all the comments and only the last ones, here I go again...here's the picture of the play symbol, when he "starts" the dashboard
http://img69.imageshack.us/img69/2209/lookattheplayingsymbol1kd.jpg
ok, now look at that, and tell me, its the "eboot file meaning its starting" I dont think so......

1. The 'key pressing sync problem'. There is no key sync problem, as i was now fake-pressing. There is simply currently alot of delay with the buttons, so i need to fix that up.
2. The play button you find at the bottom corner is there, beacause the PSP360 exploit accesses a flaw in the MP_ROOT section of the PSP, wich allows is to run unsigned code.
I will keep posting updates. Thank you.

error: as i was now fake-pressing.
What i meant to say: as i was not fake-pressing.

I circled the part where the reflection of the TV gets caught in the PSPs screen, you can make out the end of INITIALIZED in it.
So why was the system initialized screen on the TV before you started the hombrew?
Ill tell you why, because its fake.
Reply
when the custom boot screen is going through its thing watch the upper right part of the screen...it starts at 0:46 if u wanna get technical...then u can really see it come in i think at 0:53 and 0:57 (the 0:53 is the time on the player i recorded seeing it)...
u wanna know what it is?...its the t.v image that says "System initalized" but its on there before he even boots up the application?...ur full of ***** and i caught it go back and check it urself...
i wanna hear the excuse u make for that one u *****in peice of *****...take ur bull***** somewhere else cause ur not foolin anyone...

(1st represents when i first saw it...the number after that is the time on the player)
1st- 0:33 to 0:41 (this one is easy to see...its the whole t.v image)
2nd- 0:52 (upper right hand coner of the psp screen)
3rd- 0:55 (again the upper right hand coner of the psp screen)
what u will see is the reflected image of the t.v....its the "System Inialized" screen buts its on the t.v way before he boots up the application...

is it some kind of new exploit or something?
and if not why the hell would he put that in the video?
and idk much about the 360 so i cant say whether its fake or not, but his finger movements do seem to be a little out of sync.

P.S. is it safe to change the Game boot thing (with the blood slasheds) like that since the necessary program writes to the flash (just what i heard, don't hold me to it)? and: can you get more game boot replacement videos than just that one?

-reflection of the 'system initialized' screen before it started
-memory stick light being blocked out, play symbol clearly visible
-impossibility of the whole idea in the first place
-video is a zoomed in 4:3 image rather than original 16:9 of the xbox360's.
-most gamers are nerds and like to do stuff like that.
I guess you can say, it was an interactive x-files case that was to solvable! haha i am lame...
