You may have already noticed that all of the console-specific Weekend Warriors this week don't have any E3 2009 news in them. This one's no exception. We're saving all the E3 news for another special feature we're putting up later today, so check that out too.

Anyway, even with E3 in full swing, we still managed to get some non-E3 updates on the new PSP Go hardware this week, headed by an unmasking of the "real" PSP Go. Sony has also let the gaming world in on their plans for UMD games that people may want to play on the new PSP model, but it's still just a rather vague statement as they're still putting the plan together. Until they finalize and announce this, I think there will be quite a few PSP owners who'll put off buying the Go.

Read on for the rest of this week's PSP Weekend Warrior.

The PSP Go:
  • The REAL PSP Go unmasked. Link
  • PSP Go! pricing for the UK at 229. Link
  • Sony to offer new digital copies for old UMD games. Link
  • Rebellion devs give PSP Go two thumbs up. Link
The Games:
  • Free Dynasty Warriors: Strikeforce DLC on PS Store. Link
  • Video: senior producer Justin Lambros talks about Dante's Inferno PSP. Link
  • Kojima fully involved with Peace Walker. Link
  • US getting Arcade Mode in Dissidia: Final Fantasy. Link
  • Stig Asmussen: There's no new God of War for PSP. Link
  • ObsCure: The Aftermath PSP launch changed from September to Fall 2009. Link
  • Harvest Moon: Sugartown Stealth coming to the PSP. Link
  • Screenshots: Gran Turismo PSP out of the garage. Link

And that's it for the week in PSP gaming, folks. If you're looking for E3 news, be sure to catch out E3-centric QuickPeek special later today. See you guys next week!
