that is amazing. really. and for people who say it isn't news, besides the point that they said it wasn't, who really gives a crap? it's great. however, i must argue with one of points in the article. it's not any proof whatsoever that MSPaint is better, or photoshop isn't as it's cracked up to be. to create good looking things in Paint, who just have to be a f**king good artist, like this person apparently is. if they did it in photoshop it would probably look even better. excellent, though. s*ny should hire them

This could be fake. It's done backwards and the picture is made with streamline i think. I know the results of streamline and it looks the same as the end of this video. If it's not fake.. well, really nice drawing.
This guy is amazing this would make a real nice sony ad if it was sped up slightly. Its not fake if you chack the description it gives you a link to the final picture

ive never complained about a story being an hour late, but this is like a week late! WTF!
don't be stupid the article is news to a lot of people, if you already knew about it, good for you but don't look like more of a loser by saying its "old". second mspaint is a very basic program. what was so difficult for this guy vs doing it the EASY way in photoshop is angling and shading and lighting. now dont get me wrong this can be done EXACTLY the same way in photoshop, however it usually isnt because their are tools and plugins that can add lighting affects with the click of a button. so bottom line what this guy did is INCREDIBLE considering he did it all manually. doesnt matter if he does it manually in mspaint or manually in photoshop. either way its DIFFICULT. so stop bickering you QJ groupies

i commend the guy for being so good with a basic no nothing prgram like paint... hes very good.... but on the other hand i say that this is a big waste of time and effort when you can cut and paste a very high quality pic in no time... take your talent and make something useful instead of just trying to make people go" oh you good ".. i mean if hes that good with fine pixel work then he should make icons cause we need more people that are good with pixels instead of all the wannabes making them now that leave stray pixels and alot of jagged edges.. only about 5 good icons makers right now

i wishes i hads those skills... ms paint just got kicked up a notch in my book now that i can see wat its capable of, but i will continue to use paint.net that is free and is strikingly similar to photoshop. also this guy is an amazing artist... with photoshop that psp wouldve been beyond "real looking"

This drawing was good... but I think you all took it a little to far and placed the person to the stature of god-like. Basicallly anyone with artistic talent, a Tablet, and the MS paint program could have done it. This does rule out a lot of people. Not many have the artist talent compared to those that do, and then the ones that have it may not have a tablet and be forced to use a mouse, which would be harder to do. All in all it was really good and great... but not "that" great.
