It's pretty hard keeping track of various prices for storage devices; they change almost every week, if you've noticed. Previously, Amazon had some deals up for SanDisk Memory Stick PRO Duo cards, but today there's some bit of good news... and bad news.Last week, 8GB SanDisk memsticks went for US$ 45 while the 4GB card sold for US$23. This week, the prices have changed.
- Good news: 4GB memstick now at US$ 19 (about 4 bucks cheaper than last week)
- Bad news: 8GB memstick now at US$ 53 (about 8 bucks more expensive)

wait two years and you'll be able to grab it for 15 bucks!
You can wait forever and prices will keep dropping, but for the sake of having fun NOW, get the next best deal that's available. After all, is 10 bucks worth a month-long wait?

You guys are lucky. I live in a tiny country that i have to pay around US$85 for an 8gb , $50+ for a 4gb. and that is searching really really hard. And don't say "buy here, get freight" as freight is like $20 on that *****.
Oh well... i guess i have no choice, as ther in No way I am going Stateside (i'll shut up now before this gets political; oooooooooh burn :p)
