Yes folks, it's Warcraft on your PSP and it's online, courtesy of UnlimitedX and his crew. Though the game is still on it's early stage of development, you can rest assure that the team is working hard trying to fix things out.

Developer's note:

Warcraft PSP relies heavily on the world and the gaming system of Warcraft and World of Warcraft . The longtime fans of these two games meet again in their bearings and parts will not be too disoriented . Indeed , Warcraft PSP uses the same basis :

Objects (around 30 currently available).
Character Classes (3 available now).
Races (4 available now).
Spells (around 15 currently available).

The definitive Warcraft experience is already on the PSX so there's really no need for the creator to remake the original or Warcraft 2.

Warcraft 2 the Dark Saga is Warcraft 2 and its expansion. There are also hundreds of custom maps play a quick battle on.

It'd be nice to get an online version of Warcraft 2 on the PSP, but you're going to need to be sitting at a wireless hotspot regardless, so instead of the creator to go through all that trouble just go and buy the PC version.

I think this is too big of a project though. An MMO Warcraft on the PSP. An MMO homebrew of anything on the PSP is a pretty big project.

I'm aware that this is basically World of Warcraft with Warcraft graphics, said such on the bottom paragraph. I was just listing Warcraft 2 is on the PSX and can be placed on the PSP as people were complaining that it's not a regular Warcraft game.

Definately sounds interesting. I've never played WoW, but I have played the original Warcraft on PC... this looks like a WoW-styled game with Warcraft sprites. I'll definately try this.

I had an idea for something like this a while ago in LUA but LUA at that time wasn't able to handle something like this and it was extremely hard to work out all the bugs. These guys definitely got it working.

Well this was good but they already released the Warcraft psp 1.6 english version.
i'd give you the download link but i lost the website so sorry. Just google it.
