It's been a long time coming, but here is the latest version of Arnold's PSP XMB replacement , SHELL.

Developer's note:

This build adds some more working functions. All unimplemented functions will show a 8002013C error. I know the development is slow. -_-

Installation:

Copy the "SHELL" folder to your PSP memory stick.
Copy the "SHELLLOADER" folder in "MS_ROOT/PSP/GAME" to memory stick PSP/GAME folder.
Go to the XMB and launch the application from the GAME menu.
