Both Asteroids Deluxe and Millipede are sequels to the Atari arcade hits Asteroids and Centipede, respectively. Both Asteroids Deluxe and Millipede feature more souped up gameplay than their predecessors in the form of new enemies, new enemy AI and even new tricks available to players.

Asteroids and Millipede work with the MAME emulator already. Atari is always trying to cash in on their old games that aren't that great.
Maybe so but that's illegal, for some reason people seem to forget that or just don't care. And as far as their games not being so great that is your opinion because you probably didn't grow up on them like some of us did. They may not hold up well but some are still classics.
