On the blue corner: Sonic Rivals 2 character artwork

Though North America was lucky enough to have gotten Sonic Rivals 2 last month, it's only in a few days that it'll be hitting Europe and other PAL regions. To anticipate Sega's PAL release of the Sonic Rivals sequel for the PSP, a neat little bundle of character artwork has dashed through our press wire.

This batch includes six of the eight playable competitors of the sonic speed race: Espio the Chameleon, Knuckles the Echidna, hedgehogs Shadow, Silver, and Sonic, and Tails the, umm, Miles-"Tails"-Prower-Tails. The playable characters exempt from this batch are Rogue the Bat and Metal Sonic.

Sonic Rivals 2 hits PAL retail shelves on December 7. Check out the contenders:
