NormalTanks: Contrafied tank action on PS Store tomorrow

Beatshapers' NormalTanks made some waves in this year's Independent Game Festival. If that has you interested, it's coming to the PlayStation Store this week as a mini.

 

NormalTanks is multi-directional top-down arcade shooter. There are eight different to traverse and over 30 enemy types to shoot and blow up.

 

Each level also has its own boss, and some levels even shrink your tank for some mechanized stealth action. There are also special power-ups littered along the way that let you upgrade your tank.

 

You can buy NormalTanks on the US PlayStation Store tomorrow for US$ 4.99. It's playable on both PS3 and PSP.

Any idea how the controls work? I would think the turret would be controlled by the right thumbstick... except that it can play on psp also. In the video, it looked like driving and aiming were pretty easy to do at the same time, but vids can be misleading sometimes.

On the psp, its pretty hard to play... They have a weird auto aim set up, as wel as buttons. I was pretty close to deleting it after about 2 minutes.
