Stamps. These stamps will unlock Over Energy chips as well as Aya's Lightning costume. How do you earn them? You'll need to add your fellow Square Enix Members as friends, write up your own 3rd Birthday journal, or send 3rd Birthday props to your Square Enix Members friends.
The reason for this is that the publisher is working on a new initiative to get the community more involved in the game. The 3rd Birthday just so happens to be the first title for them to try this out on, so other games in the future may be getting a similar treatment.
So far, this push is directed towards the Japanese fans. Although North America also has its own Square Enix Members service, they have yet to announce if it will walk down this road as well.

You'd think Square Enix would learn from another company's mistake
(not to include DLC), but nooo....
More OE chips and Lightning costume does NOT prolong gameplay like a DLC does.

but yes, i have NEVER gotten a piece of DLC before unless they were free. screw DLC. lest its a whole new game like the GTAIV expansions or something. /shrug

Also why are articles now split into multiple pages? Do you understand the point of that on other sites is to prevent huge articles? There is no such thing as a huge article on this site.
And a technical problem - why do I have to right click on links and open in a new tab whenever I want to load an article up? Middle click doesn't work, left click doesn't work.
This site has really dropped in quality. I used to come here for independent and homebrew news but I, along with some colleagues at our studio, have had to move to other sites.

and that stuff about journal to get some clothes i stopped reading after the third line
