Looks like an FMA Brotherhood game.... It has the small girl from xing in the 3rd screenshot, so at least the story will be different.... Cell shaded would've looked better IMO...

Its highly possible its based off of Brotherhood because Brotherhood is actually based off the manga, its a true manga to anime series.
Yes original FMA was good but storyline was NOT based off of the true storyline, which is the manga and plus the ending was not the correct ending and movie pretty much left plotholes in the series.
The guy who did the anime said that he or she was creating there own storyline to FMA and was never basing it off the manga.
