Maybe after PW and/or a few other select titles are announced the scene will burst wide open again. Or maybe they're just waiting on the psp2 announcement.
Either way, good work and thanks guys

normal users don't really have much use for it is mostly used by developers of custom firmware
normal users use it for the POPs plugin (for PS1 games) and im not sure if it (the pops plugin) works on the 2000, 3000, or the go
there are other uses but im not sure how to word them
