There's no released HEN for OFW 6.35 yet, but those who want to play around with it can rest easy. Homebrew developer coyotebean has released a new version of PSARDumper. This new release adds almost all the keys for 6.xx firmwares, including 6.35.
PSARDumper lets you extract and decrypt official PSP firmware. It's a very useful tool when you want to look for keys or write plugins and other homebrew apps. If you're a casual homebrew user, chances are this software isn't for you. You might want to check this out if you haven't already, though, especially if you still haven't put homebrew on your 6.20 PSP.
