New Jeanne d'Arc screens and character art

From the same people who will be bringing us the game White Knightfor the PS3, also comes a PSP offering in the form of the turn-based strategy game, Jeanne d'Arc. Set to be released by November 22 in Japan, more details about this game are finally emerging, such as the character art that we currently have from the Japanese site Famitsu.

Unlike the real Jeanne d'Arc, though, this one won't have you going up against English armies. Instead, it's up to Joan and her friends Lian and Roger to take up the emblem of the Five Heroes of yore, and keep the demons and their armies who are trying to enter our world at bay. Also, not only do you have your trusty human army to deploy, but you'll also be getting some help from the Elves. (Yes. Elves. No. I don't know either.)

However, I do find it a tiny bit disturbing that Henry the 6th is portrayed as a somewhat evil-looking child, and his regent, Bedford, looks like he wants to give Disney's Malificent a run for her money. Another thing that disturbs me is all the stuff that happened to the the real Joan of Arc... but then again, I suppose that's what games are for.

The game looks preety cool but the characters look like the French Anime versions of some Batman villians from The Batman Animated Series.

And if it's garbage, why don't you try and make a better game yourself instead of complaining like a 9 year old girl (which you probably are) ?
