Koei has released some fresh footage from Gitaroo Man Lives!, the PSP's version of the popular guitar rhythm game due this fall. Gitaroo Man will feature an unique collection of "battle songs", making clever use of the PSP's analogue controls. Bizarre and exciting visuals are going to support the craziness, which you can also enjoy with another player via WiFi - with both cooperative and competetive modes available.

I paid big bucks on a copy of the rare gitarooman for the ps2 on Ebay, and it was well worth it (its an awesome game). I probably won't pick up a copy for the psp considering its the same game, and i'm sticking with my 1.5. I do however recomend this game for anyone even remotely intersted in rhythm games or quirk japanese art. I think the controls will actuallybe alot better due to the psp's sliding analog stick.

GET IT!!

I loved Gitaroo Man for the PS2, but I gave it to my son last year to keep at his house. I'll look to purchase this PSP version as this is one of two games i'd most like to see on the Playstation portable (the other game is Rez).

# not a portGuest 2006-05-24 09:20
According to IGN this game follows the story of the original game...meaning it's not a port but a sequel. I've never played the original game personally but it looks pretty cool from what I've seen.

"follows the story of the original game" means that it is a port, and NOT a sequel.

and Yes Detroitbootybas s, REZ would be an awesome game for psp (I played the ***** out of my ps2 copy)

and although I,m probably not going to spend $ on psp games I allready own for the ps2, i'm loving that they are porting GOOD games like Gitarooman and Rez *cross fingers*

More people will finally be able to get ahold of these gems.

By the way, if you don't want to see an old naked lady with saggy boobs, try not to Google "Rez". Believe me.
