We've always been teased with the smattering of Final Fantasy Tactics: The War of the Lions videos, but we've never had the chance to understand what was going on. But now, here's a trailer that's not only subtitled in English, but also dubbed - and it's certainly quite interesting to hear Agrias' and Delita's voices. The former sounds a bit too rough, but given that Agrias is one of the stronger characters in the game, it definitely fits (Agrias fanboy here, I admit it).

We're also treated to more of the game's unique visual style - with the faux watercolor and cel-shaded theme going on. Suffice to say, Final Fantasy Tactics: The War of the Lions is certainly shaping up to be one of the prettiest-looking titles for the PSP yet. We certainly can't wait to get our hands on it. Updates as we get them, and enjoy the video!

» Game Footage?

Is that actually game engine footage, if so that is the single most impressive use of a cell-shaded engine ever, simply stunning.

» sounds pretty good

Definently a step up as they bring it over here. Sounds nice. Though I imagined the main character's voice to be a bit younger...

» Not In Game

Thats not an in game vid its a CG1,

BUT Media Vision invented 'Cell Stroking' and used it in Wild Arms 3.

» Great voices

And very consistent with the voicework from FF12; nice touch

» it is and not

it's game footage to the sense that it's a cut-scene yes.

but the actual fights and such are just like the PSX version. No actual changes, but small touches if anything. still worth it though. Has new jobs and a new dungoen if I well recall

» Well...

Though I liked the choice of Delita, the princess, and Agrias (Which is just a bit rough as the writer said), but I'm absolutely appalled at Ramza's voice actor. It seems kinda...well...Dull to me.

» Voice over JP/US

All I gotta say is YES!!! They got a voice over. I didn't notice any voice overs for the Japanese version.

» errr

as always americans do stupid voiceover..this one sounds awfully lame, did they just pick people on the street to act FFT?

» Nice

I like it, i think the voices are fine , why would you want Ramza to have a kiddie voice?, and its better than the japanese silent movies.

» know what

remember that ramnza's voice is supposed to be like that because he's a bit older than what he looks like in the offical start of the game after the first mission where you can only control him and not others in your party.

» HMM

Yes, I agree with Pete, however...he does sound a little "Snubbish" After all, he was raised by nobles...So, I think they did a good job so far.

» don't blame me

What happened to "don't blame me...blame yourself or God." That was a great quote

» I agree

that was a great quote and if it isn't present will be sorely missed
