Sony Bend, the people who brought us Syphon Filter: Dark Mirror, its sequel Syphon Filter: Logan's Shadow, and Resistance: Retribution, have been tapped to work on the Uncharted game for NGP.
The as-yet untitled Uncharted game is only the studio's fourth portable game, but they've certainly earned a reputation as being one of Sony's best when it comes to portable gaming.
Sony's penchant for passing development duties for portable versions of their key franchises to developers other than the ones who created the console originals has been evident since the PSP, so it shouldn't be a surprise that Sony Bend's turn on Uncharted is not the only one.
