Atari, MetaNet, and SilverBirch's N+ for the PlayStation Portable - Image 1

We know some of you have been waiting for Atari and SilverBirch's N+ for the PlayStation Portable (also for the DS) and we're sure you know that you won't have to wait any longer. Not longer than three weeks, that is. We've got some eye candy from the upcoming puzzle video game that showcases more of its trippy and somehow familiar looking maps.

In case you haven't heard of the game, N+ (or N Plus, whatever floats your boat) places you in the stealthy and very agile boots of a ninja who basically collects gold and opens switches to get to the next room. Of course, it wouldn't be as challenging if it didn't have a time limit, yes? Anyway, check out the screenshots below and see if you can spot the panda bears.

N+ will be gracing the shelves on April 22, so you better get those ninja boots ready. And be prepared to wrap your mind around the puzzles too.

For all the Wipeout Pulses and Ridge Racers of the PSP world, is this the best Atari can muster graphically? I mean, I'm one for gameplay over glitz any day (Nethack anyone?) but this is just unacceptable.

The graphics fit the gameplay perfectly well. N+ is based on a free flash game called N. You can play it here: http://www.addictinggames.com/ngame.html. Go play it and decide if it's "unacceptable".
