MotoGP PSP demo now out

Last September 26, Namco Bandai has released one of its titles for the PSP, MotoGP. Having gained good scores from reviews in various gaming sites, the developers have decided to share the love by releasing a demo to the public. So, if you know anyone who hasn't bought the game yet, and you need to convince them so you'd have someone to race with, then just point them to the demo so that they could give it a spin. Please note, however, that the demo runs on 2.81 Firmware.

MotoGP features the entire 2005 roster as your riders, as well as tracks from the actual MotoGP circuit. The game also boasts of realistic bike physics as well as various modes, challenges and galleries to complete and unlock. And if you want some company while you play, MotoGP for the PSP can support up to eight players in ad hoc mode.

So, no need to wait, just download the demo right here and start playing.

If you are on 2.71 you can just download the full iso to play, no need for demo

To many this game will suck because

1. Its simulation the actual physics of racing. Most people are used to the fun-turn anytime at any angle you want kind of game play. This will appeal to Gran Turismo and real racing fans.

2. It is repetitive. What did you expect from racing around a track?

3. Even the demo says this is still an early build and does not reflect on the end product. (remember were talking about the demo NOT the iso)

So calm down people

# Import the PAL version for 05 & 06 DataGuest 2006-10-26 16:11
Im in Australia and have the PAL version. I can confirm it contains both 2005 AND 2006 data. Import if you like your MotpGP current (and who doesnt?).

There is a Simulated mode aswell as an Arcade mode. You can always turn Sim mode off if it's too hard for you.

Its a fanastic game that no MotoGP fan should miss.

You're only saying that because you can't handle the thing.

It's easy enough when you get the hang of it.

# Give upGuest 2006-10-27 03:59
It was easy to hex, but the game is solid! I gave up before i even crossed the finish line. Ridge racer is a definatly better racing demo. Probably cause i like racing on my side.

# It is an arcade game.Guest 2006-10-27 07:29
It is not a simulation of motorcycle physics. It does not follow the traction circle or precession laws to the letter. You can't high-side or low-side and getting on the throttle too hard on the exit of a corner only spins the rear tire to a sub max. If it were a sim, all of the said actions will result in someone falling on their ass.

it simulates motorcycle physics more if you bother to turn the 'SIM' option on

best games for PSP are racing and this is one of the better.

and you have to turn the 'helmet view' on to properly enjoy it

play it a 333mhz, it looks much better :)
