More GTA Vice City Stories Scans, Info and Screens |
More info about Rockstar Games' Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories have emerged as the latest issue of Games magazine went on sale on stands recently. The latest issue came with some new info and screens, some of which we already featured here at QJ. Here are some of the small details divulged in the magazine:
• The game features a new rocket launcher
• Improved physics, prettier skylines, and far more dynamic lighting
• The sea plane returns to Vice City
• Time-contextual NPC behaviour (party-goers at night, bums at 5am etc.)
• Phil Cassidy can be seen during a loading screen, thus meaning he's back!
• When playing the game, they flew over Diaz's Mansion, the mall, and the Malibu Club
• Character models is sharper than that of GTA: Vice City
• Pop up is minimal, although still very apparent
• As said before, missions will no longer be ''point-to-point A-to-B'' drives
• Jet ski's handle completely different to the boats of the GTA series
• Water is more realistic, and is something that R* wants to take advantage off
Also the magazine also mentioned that the only confirmed cast member is Philip Michael Thomas - the voice of Lance Vance. Now Here are more of the game's screens and scans, click on the thumbnails for a better look.

I'm trying to run the cheat device for LCS and I've done everything right but when I start GTA it says the data is corrupted. I am using the unpatched UMD and using 2.71 devhook. Does the cheat device not run even if you're emulating 2.71? Thanks.

the cheat device will work if you use devhook to emulate a lower firmware like 2.50 or 2.00
Please somebody rich buy it please.... then ISO it and upload it to rapidshare.de plz!!!!!

U paid for a PSP, and ur broke....(not to mention u gave up 100+ for the mem card to fit the game in) cmon thats like me saying i buy food a t mcdonalds and let it rot in the fridge.

Another unispiring iteration of GTA. *yawn* This game is insipid, pedestrian, and uninspiring.
It's time to put an end to the GTA series. Close the book on this story. It's old.
thnx to pirating, thnx for phucking over the support the psp has that gives it life, since (good legal) homebrew is yay big and only less than 20% of psp users.

@18 ... what the hell are you thinkin'... ever since the GTA series went into the 3d world on ps2, it has been one of the best games out there on every iteration, (except for GTA LCS, for PS2 since it was meant for PSP, and therefore shorter than San Andreas).
For this game I would also update....
