Hey, wanna play the Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker demo in English? Of course you do, so get your cardboard boxes ready 'coz it's go time.

A fully localized version of the four-mission demo that Konami let loose during TGS 09 is now available on the Hong Kong and European PlayStation Stores. I don't have access to a PS3 right now so I can't check if the US store already has it too.

If you're not too sure how to go about registering a new account on international PS Stores, here's a handy guide. After you've done that, look for "Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker Demo-Ops." The file's 104MB.

Sweet! Anybody here played the Japanese demos? Any thoughts on the gameplay?

I have already played the English demo and its the same exact one as the second Japanese demo. This means 4 levels instead of the original, which had 3. This demo is much smoother and they fixed that annoying bug of constant walking....functions are alot smoother too.

Played the Japanese demo but couldn't understand anything, some moments ago I was playing the English demo and wow! It's so nice.

Great controls even without a 2nd analogue stick.

Gah! This is so mental. So many websites are linking to this saying "DEMOS OUT PEOPLE!", followed by comments of OMG.

Yet...

No actual opinion about the gameplay. How IS the game? Do people who can communicate and express their opinions just not play it?
