Marvel Trading Card Game PSP Screens

Marvel Trading Card Game, by Konami, is based on Upper Deck Entertainment's best-selling Vs. System Trading Card Game and features Marvel's complete stable of characters such as Spider-Man, the X-Men, the Avengers, Ghost Rider, the Fantastic Four, The Hulk and more. Assemble your deck and square off against superheroes and supervillains in the game's story mode, or go online in cross-platform play to take on other players from around the country. Apparently you will be able to play online with the PSP system and PC versions, and the the DS version will feature online multiplayer support. Multiple online modes including Tournament, Free and Sealed will allow players of all skill levels to compete. T

he game is going to come out by the end of the year, but until then you can check out some of the early screenshots below by clicking on the thumbnails.

But, then again that's on paper. You usually cant go wrong with a card game. Well, that is unless you allow it to have the same gameplay mechanics that the old gba Dragonball Card game had. Slow, too many steps, crappy music that loop endlessly, and the obligatory card animation that you HAD to watch that brought the flow of the game down to a screeching halt.



Model your card game after other proven and successful card game mechanics. eg. Yugioh series would be a great place to start.

mmm... Grend theft auto... nah... Mega man X... nah... Wait! Oh, my god!!! Marvel Trading Card Game!!! Just what I wanted!!! why to have fun and lots of 3D or 2D adventures if I can play cards!!!



They don't get it, if they keep it like this the PSP is goinf down...



why they don't release ultimate spiderman or something like that!? it's that hard really!?

Screw trading cards. Someon bring on a video game version of hero clicks. I have never seen a better setup & developed game system to play. Hero clicks handheld game with online play & trading would rock big time.
