Gamespot reports that the Sony Ericsson SO703i will be released in Japan preloaded with a mobile version of the beloved PSP "joy-fest" of a game, Loco Roco.

The SO703i is also known as the "smell'O'phone" due to a series of interchangeable fragranced "aroma sheet" faceplates, which smell when the user opens up the phone. Another thing about the phone worth mentioning is that the display of the phone utilises some of the technology already implemented in Sony's Bravia HDTVs. The cellphone will be available on the NTT Docomo network.

Sony has yet to confirm if LocoRoco will also grace Sony Ericsson phones in Europe and the US. Moreover, there is still no word if a custom LocoRoco faceplate will be available. We've always wondered what that yellow blob of joy smelled like.

I really like the PSP... I take it almost anywhere I go... in the car, at college... at work (for the location free... many people at the office buy a psp just for that) and of course at home... the ds sell well too because isn't a kid thing well.. not to much... the psp when a kid have a psp many time don't know how to use it... how to put songs... I teach my little cousin how to add pictures or connect at his school and now he download it a lot of pics and share it with his friends... anyway... the loadtimes really hurts but when I see games like tekken and metal gear when the load time I even feel it and neither a port games well... the psp can be better... just don't have the support of the developers just because the isos... yeah.. maybe is just 1% who use isos... but is a % that no one want to loose... with not so many hardware sells... compared with the ds

nobody said anything about the psp being better then the DS. and as i see it, you don't need to make a game system with a new control type to get good games, loco roco is a good example of that. also sales of the DS are do to the huge amount of gameboy buyers that will always buy "the new gameboy" (that i think got screwed over with the GBA and it's outdated graphics), as i see it the PSP is doing pretty good, being the first in a long time to go up against the gameboy, a bunch of good game were just released and thares more to come. also games from the PSP being ported to other system is not a problem, cuase i don't see the day that im going to sell my PSP and just carry around a PS2 with an LCD screen so i can play GTA:LCS on that, cuase the extra "P" in "PSP" stands for "Portible" that meens people will get PSP games so thay can play them on the go

ds is more of a "kid" oriented system. its designed for games and nothing else. the psp was desgined not just for games but as a portable media system. the ds browser doesn't support flash and is very low in memory and impractical. and not all psp games are ports. another thing about psp is its flexibility. it can be upgraded and recieve new features while the ds is stuck at whatever you have. and not all homebrew is bad. i don't see you complain about ds homebrew. and the touch screen is like the wii controller. innovative but not something i want to use all the time. and considering psp is the #1 portable system in north america, thats not exactly a failure. so go make love to all the other nintendo-lovers and get the hell out of here.

First, homebrew is not illegal until you get into playing rom and iso you don't have. I've tested a few games and if they stink i dump it in a half hour. When it a good game i buy it lumines, gta stories, exit. It like renting them without spending like seven bucks on a piece of s##t. Sony hates rentals anyway.

Second it called a memory stick. F stick.

Third, a majority of people are going to snap up the systems once they crack 3.03. It does well as music player, video player, web browser natively since the 3.00 firmware and of course like the first xbox it goes far beyond the spectrum it was intended to. I'll like to find those discounted games you are talking about since they still go for thirty a pop at most places. You probaly talking about a piece of garbage like wc poker of the hustler which a bargin bin to begin with.

BTW, keep convincing yourself you are holding a adult "male"game system. Because I see everyday on the subway men with briefcases, coll ege students and ocassional thug rocking out to that elite beat agent just stuck on that Sk8ter girl level. It just like the realistic Wii comercial were the fiesty latina grandma is playing tennis the grandkids,so cool! Maybe Nintendo can make make make pickle shaped wiimote and knunchuke and you and your grandmoter can rock out back to back, just a thought;) Just stick with your pink compact because it will never do anything but play five decent games (from beaten horse franchises)w\ sub par n64 graphics,MP ports that range between glofied GBA to PS1\saturn, + less then mediocore homebrew.

Mostly 360 fanboy before you go anyfurther.
