The game has quite some following and it's not surprising that a sequel, Kingdom of Paradise 2, is now in production. Nothing much is known about the sequel but we did stumble upon a handful of images and screenshots of the game. From the looks of it, the game is shaping up to be one action-packed sequel. We're hoping that the game won't be disappointing.

Awesome! I have the first game, and I liked it, despite many of its flaws. I hope this game is far longer with more side quests and items to collect. TEEHEE!
I enjoyed that game, but I like the "Key Of Heaven" name better. Anyway, I'm sure it will be a good game. I like seeing sequels of older PSP-only games.
wow, another crappy sequal to another crappy rpg game. so far the only rpgs that have been able to keep my attention on the psp have been the remakes. bof3, toe, and valkyrie.

I hope SOE took the reviews of the first game to heart in making this sequel. I was pretty close to buying the first game, but the description of the unbalanced spells making the fancy fighting mechanics obsolete made me think twice. I'm really hoping they balanced things in this one.

Yes.....its the best RPG game for the PSP ever I loved the first and this liiks better I will get it no matter what happens YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEES
The first one sucks a**, played it for 5 minutes, bored to death so returned it to the shops. I hope this sequel gets cancelled
the 1st was bad, not enough substance to it... I'm playing breath of fire 3 and taiko drum master on my psp now =D
You only think it was bad cuz you couldnt get anywhere in it, its got a GREAT storyline and just overall a GREAT game, so try it again and you will see why we all like it :p

a good game. Not the best one but absolutely a good game worth playing for RPG lovers. As for those who rarely play RPGS........well I doubt you'll be impressed that much but it doesn't hurt to give it a try eh? In my view Kingdom Of Paradise was one of the better PSP RPG games during it's time. Good graphics, sound was ok, storyline was good. The gameplay was so-so. Sure, it was cool and all that.....but after a while you'll be only changing moves to make different comb. While this can be refreshing for a while it won't really hold out that long. At this point of the game I doubt you will be thinking about the gameplay, you will probably more like "I want to finish this game". Now if they could make the gameplay better in this game and improve the storyline then maybe it will be great.
I love it when my big bro gave me his old PSP he told me he'd left this on it for me graphics are amazing and the storyline is fab its sometimes hard to get into but i'm addicted i've finished the game and i'm 3/4 through playing 2nd time round COME ON KINGDOM OF PARADISE 2 oh yeah and i don't think the main character in the sequel IS shinbu because it's supposed to be in seima his name is rou or something mehehehe... ...man i look obsessed...
