Is Vaan coming to Dissidia Duodecim?

vaan_ffMore and more details are slowly coming out for Dissidia Duodecim: Final Fantasy and this time, it's coming from Twitter. Voice actor Bobby Edner had excitedly let it slip that he will be on board to voice Vaan from Final Fantasy XII.







Said his tweet, "Oh yeah, I play Vaan in Final Fantasy!! This is my 2nd game voicing him :)" He did not specify which FF game he's working on, but it doesn't take much of rocket science to figure out that it's the newly announced Duodecim. Unless of course Squeenix has got some other FF game in the wings just waiting to be announced.







Recently confirmed to make their appearances as well were Lightning and Kain Highwind. Dissidia Duodecim: Final Fantasy is set to come out in Japan 2011.

Some more female FF character, but would be awesome if we got a bonus character like Aya Brea from The 3rd Birthday, if Soul Calibur can include Heihachi and Kratos i guess why can't dissidia?

Didn't you read my examples?
Is Kratos or Heihachi part of the Soul Calibur series?
Its up to Square Enix who they wanna put in they can even add Sora from Kingdoms hear if they want as bonus unlockable character that has no impact on the Story of Dissidia.

Vaan was kind of an embarrassment to FF in my opinion, he just seemed so unimportant, I always felt in other games, that they were important so I didn't like the main characters dying, but Vaan... not really.

The important story revolves around Basch and his brother (I won't say who he is to not spoil anything). Vaan is kind of a narrator, if you ask me. But he is sooooo annoying that he mostly spoils the game.

i don't get the whole bashing Vaan thing - his character wasn't that annoying during the cutscenes. as for the gameplay, it seemed that every character was basically interchangeable and had no real discernable differences.

at least we weren't forced into using a goddamned blue magic user or a cat on top of a giant stuffed animal during FF12.
